Vestiges of Fah Tani Square
Armed with my trusty Lumix, for the past couple of weeks I have been going by this pocket area of clubs and restaurants that is being redeveloped. Wasting no time, the wreckers have almost finished. Each visit reveals more details of the various venues, now relocated elsewhere. Most were clubs, open only at night, but there were a handful of good restaurants: Korean, sushi, and our favorite, 'West', which sustained us before or after the numerous hospital visits of the last year or so. I will miss these watering holes and consider this collection of photos an homage to the unique and often quirky personality of each. Here is a sampling:
